Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged or expired
• Quantity mismatch
• Severely damaged packaging

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products
• Damage caused due to hostel storage conditions
• Orders placed by mistake

Refund Process

• Refund is issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days
• Wallet refunds (if used) are processed instantly

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• COD orders cannot be cancelled after the rider is dispatched
